Hi, my name is Bill and my partners name is Stephanie. Hot peppers are in our hot blood so to speak from our heritage. Together for the last few years we have been making and selling hot sauces at flea markets. As a result of being very successful at selling our hot sauces, marinades and condiments, we have decided to try our hand at selling our products on E-Bay. We, or I should say she, actually came up with the name hot sauce pepper palace while making our hot sauces at home.
We are really true Chili Heads. At home we use hot peppers and hot sauce on almost everything. One day when I came home from work she (Stephanie) said that she had a special desert surprise for me after dinner! Well, guess what that surprise was? Chocolate chip-oatmeal- hot-pepper cookies from a recipe that she had seen on TV. Not exactly what I was hoping for, but none the less HOT! HOT! HOT! From that day on it was a seemingly never ending cavalcade of hot deserts, ranging from Cayenne custard pudding, pine nut pepper cookies, Triple chocolate Thai Chili ice cream to her famous (and must say extremely delicious) 50,000 scoville unit lemon/lime sorbet.
